At Plug & Play Computers, we take pride in offering high-quality refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories. To ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established a clear exchange policy that addresses any concerns related to damaged products.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products sold. All sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise with refurbished products, which is why we offer an exchange policy under certain conditions.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged or defective. To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Product must be damaged upon arrival – The product must show clear signs of damage or malfunction immediately after unpacking.
- Unboxing video is mandatory – To validate the exchange request, the customer must provide a video of the unboxing process. This video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The process of unboxing the product.
- The product in a non-working or damaged condition.
- Initiate the exchange within 24 hours – After receiving the product, the customer must report any damage and submit the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the exchange request being denied.
How to Request an Exchange
- If your product arrives damaged and you have met the above conditions, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Attach the unboxing video and provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Once your request is verified and approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Additional Information
- No exchanges will be accepted without the unboxing video.
- Products that show signs of physical damage caused after delivery or due to improper usage will not be eligible for exchange.
- We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or features.
